The Brief
Deliver a multi-day private celebration combining distinctive dining, immersive evening entertainment, and experiences shaped around a remote desert setting.
The Challenge
The program ranged from a full-scale saloon buildout with a live band, mechanical bull, cigar rolling, a mixologist, and a tattoo parlor to a candlelit desert walkway and a movie evening on the pool deck.
Each setting brought different production needs. Changing weather also required real-time event relocations, with staffing, food and beverage, styling, and on-site logistics adapting together.
The Delivery
McKenzie managed venue partnerships, food and beverage programming, staff logistics, and on-site execution, alongside hands-on styling and merchandising. Working within the broader production team, she coordinated the details across changing locations and conditions while maintaining the character of each experience.
