The Brief
Produce a private, multi-day retreat for 60 guests of an investment firm in a remote luxury setting, with a total event budget exceeding $6 million.
The Challenge
The setting called for event infrastructure built from the ground up, layered security, and tightly coordinated logistics. Each production decision needed to support the guest experience while accounting for the demands of a remote location.
The Delivery
True North Events led production from planning through on-site execution, overseeing staffing, custom event infrastructure, security coordination, and guest experience management. These responsibilities were coordinated as one production, connecting the operational detail with the experience guests came to enjoy.
