I'm McKenzie Gibson, founder and lead producer of True North Events.

I've spent my career building the kind of experiences that don't have a template: private gatherings, concert-scale productions with major talent, and brand activations that ask a city to show up and pay attention. Whether I'm producing independently or embedded inside a larger production's infrastructure, the job is the same: take a vision, however ambitious, and build the operational backbone to actually deliver it on time, on budget, and without anyone in the room ever seeing the seams.

True North is intentionally a team of one. I built it that way so every project gets my full attention and my direct hand, from first concept to final strike. For the scale that requires more hands, I bring in a trusted network of vendors, fabricators, and crew I've worked with for years. You get the responsiveness of working with one person and the horsepower of a full production team
